SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders received after 11 am EET are usually processed and shipped from our warehouse after 1-5 business days (Standard) and 10-15 business days (Pre-Order). Back-ordered items not available at the time of processing are sent out as soon as they are available without any extra charge.
Please note that orders are not shipped until full payment has been received and cleared, excl. when there is a domestic payment on delivery.
Domestic and Worldwide Shipping
Note that once an order is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier or during transit. In the unlikely case that your order is delayed or lost, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to assist you in resolving the situation. Orders can also be insured if such a request is initiated by the customer.
SHIPPING&DELIVERY
Most of the orders are shipped via Postal Service with tracking information with the delivery time estimated 7+ business days within Europe.
For qualifying countries and domestic delivery Speedy can be selected as a delivery option.
We accept special carrier requests (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) for orders over 200 euro.
PAYMENT METHODS
Credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, etc.) and Cash payments at delivery.
Please note that only card payments are accepted for Gift Cards. If you pick another payment method we have the right to cancel your order.
COLORS
Differences in the colors displayed on the website and the actual colors of the models may occur depending on the color rendering of your computer. Therefore, we do not guarantee that the colors displayed on the website match the actual colors of the models.
RETURNS
When you finish with your purchase, we hope you are happy! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. The return is at the expense of the buyer.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Please note that Gift Card Vouchers are non refundable.
EXCEPTIONS
For products that are defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or replacement. We are not responsible for product damage due to improper use.
